Fall Guys
PingAim routes Fall Guys through your best available connection — phone 5G, second ISP, or Ethernet alongside WiFi. Consistent latency means your platform timing matches what the server sees, and close finishes go your way.

More about Easy Anti-Cheathow it works · what it blocks · known conflicts
EasyAntiCheat (EAC) was added to Fall Guys in a mid-season update in September 2020, after launch-day cheating became widespread. Epic Games owns EAC and integrated the EOS (Epic Online Services) variant into Fall Guys post-acquisition. The EAC binary for Fall Guys is EasyAntiCheat_EOS_Setup.exe, located in the game installation directory. Players must have EAC installed to play on official servers. The EOS variant loads a kernel driver (EasyAntiCheat_EOS.sys) at ring 0 — confirmed by BSOD reports and incompatibility with Windows Kernel-Mode Hardware-Enforced Stack Protection. This is the same kernel-level architecture as other EAC-protected titles, though the behavioral detection heuristics may differ per game. As of November 2025, AMD Adrenaline software version 25.10 was flagged as suspicious by EAC in Fall Guys.
VPN and network optimizers
Network optimization tools are widely used with Fall Guys. WTFast officially lists Fall Guys as a supported game. No bans have been reported from using network routing tools with Fall Guys. Epic Games has not issued any policy against network path optimization tools.

Why ping matters in Fall Guys
Latency sensitivity MediumPing matters but is not the dominant factor.
Fall Guys is a physics-driven party battle royale where players are bouncy jellybean characters navigating obstacle courses. Unlike shooters, there is no shot registration and precise aiming is not required — the game's netcode is more latency-tolerant by design. However, ping still matters in meaningful ways: grabbing other players to slow them down, timing jumps onto moving platforms, and positioning in chaotic crowd situations all involve split-second timing that high ping disrupts. At 150ms+, rubber-banding becomes visible — your character snaps backward as the server corrects your position. In close finishes where milliseconds determine who qualifies, high ping means your position on your screen may not match what the server actually recorded, causing you to visually cross the finish line but not qualify. The game's 60-player crowd physics also means more server computation per tick compared to games with fewer entities, which can amplify jitter's impact during chaotic multi-player collisions.
About Fall Guysbackground, studio, esports scene
Fall Guys is a massively multiplayer party battle royale game developed by Mediatonic and published by Epic Games. Originally launched on August 4, 2020 for PC (Steam) and PlayStation 4 — where it was given free to PlayStation Plus subscribers, driving enormous launch-day traffic — the game pits up to 60 players against each other across a gauntlet of chaotic, colorful obstacle course rounds until one player is crowned the winner. The game gained immediate viral popularity in 2020 and was acquired by Epic Games in March 2021 together with parent company Tonic Games Group. On June 21, 2022, Fall Guys transitioned to a fully free-to-play model and expanded to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S simultaneously, generating over 50 million players within two weeks. The game was removed from Steam for new purchases at that point and became exclusive to the Epic Games Store, though existing Steam owners retain access. A mobile release followed on August 16, 2024 for Android worldwide and iOS in the EU.
Fall Guys is built on the Unity engine and uses dedicated servers operated by Epic Games infrastructure. The game uses UDP for game traffic and Epic Online Services (EOS) for matchmaking, authentication, and social features. Anti-cheat is handled by EasyAntiCheat (EAC), which Epic Games owns — it was introduced to Fall Guys in a mid-season update in September 2020 after the game launched with no anti-cheat, having been quickly overwhelmed by cheaters. The EAC implementation for Fall Guys uses the EOS-integrated variant (EasyAntiCheat_EOS_Setup.exe), which is Epic's modern iteration. Fall Guys' EAC uses the EOS-integrated variant (EasyAntiCheat_EOS.sys), which loads a kernel driver at ring 0 — the same kernel-level architecture as other EAC-protected titles.
The game supports full cross-platform play and cross-progression across all platforms via Epic Games accounts. Server regions span US West, US East, Europe (two clusters), Southeast Asia, Korea, Russia, and China. Matches support up to 60 players across multiple simultaneous rounds. The game features regular seasonal content updates, limited-time events, and a battle pass system. Fall Guys' network latency sensitivity is moderate — the game's chaotic party format is more forgiving of higher ping than competitive shooters, but rubber-banding and missed platform grabs do occur at elevated latencies, and consistent low-ping connections produce noticeably smoother gameplay.

PingAim detects Fall Guys automatically
No manual config. PingAim identifies Fall Guys by process name and routes it through your fastest connection using a kernel-level WFP driver.
When does PingAim help — and when doesn't it?
PingAim helps when...
- Phone 5G tethering available — route Fall Guys through mobile to escape congested home connection
- Both WiFi and Ethernet active — PingAim assigns whichever interface has lower jitter to Fall Guys traffic
- Evening peak-hour lag spikes make platform timing feel inconsistent
- Household streaming or downloads on the same connection causing intermittent ping spikes mid-round
- Playing cross-region (e.g., EU player on NA servers) — better interface selection reduces each routing hop
- Jitter during large crowd segments (starting platform, finale) — consistent latency matters for close finishes
Won't help when...
- Only one active network connection with no phone to tether — no second path available
- Already below 40ms with stable jitter on your home region — Fall Guys plays smoothly at that threshold
- Server-side issues causing lag for all players — visible in elevated ping for everyone simultaneously
- FPS drops and frame stuttering — GPU/CPU performance issues, not network
