Use Windows Resource Monitor: Task Manager → Performance → Open Resource Monitor → Network tab → find MonsterHunterWilds.exe Resource Monitor shows active TCP/UDP connections for the process, remote IPs, and bytes sent/received. No tool currently provides per-player ping for Monster Hunter Wilds.
