Check Your Connection to Star Citizen Servers
See how much latency your ISP routing adds
Detecting your location...
Estimates based on real-time measurement to nearest Cloudflare edge. Actual in-game ping may differ by ~15ms due to different routing to game servers. Your IP is sent to ip-api.com for city-level location — we don't store it.
How to check your actual ping in Star Citizen
Press ~ (tilde) to open console, type: r_displayInfo 3 — shows ping, FPS, packet loss, and memory usage overlay. Use r_displayInfo 0 to remove. Top-right corner overlay when r_displayInfo is active — shows a block of performance metrics including 'ms' value for current latency to the server node
White text overlay in the top-right corner shows engine performance metrics including frame time, FPS, and network latency in milliseconds
If your actual ping is higher than our estimate, your ISP is routing Star Citizen traffic through a longer path than necessary. That gap is exactly what PingAim optimizes.
