Performance Stats overlay appears in the top-left corner showing Ping (ms), FPS, Server Heartbeat, and memory usage

What you'll see

White text overlay: 'Ping: XX ms' — lower is better. Watch for spikes during gameplay. Server Heartbeat should be near 60.0 — if it drops, the lag is server-side, not your connection.
