Why is my ping so high in Delta Force?
Delta Force servers handle up to 64 players per Warfare match, creating high server and network load. High ping usually comes from your ISP routing traffic inefficiently to the nearest Delta Force server, or from server-side congestion (Delta Force NA East suffered persistent 120-140ms spikes after the console launch in August 2025 due to server overloads). To diagnose: enable Performance Parameters in Settings > Screen to see your real-time ping. If it's consistently high even at off-peak hours, the issue is your routing path, not server load.
How do I check my ping in Delta Force?
Go to Settings > Screen > Performance Parameters and toggle it ON. This overlays your current FPS, latency in milliseconds, and packet loss percentage directly on screen during play. There is no in-game console — this UI overlay is the only native method to check connection quality.
Can I change my server region in Delta Force?
Yes. Since the Season 6 update (September 23, 2025), Delta Force allows free server region switching. On the home screen, click the 'Switch Mode' button at the bottom left, then use the arrow icon to access the 'Switch Server Node' menu where you can see all available regions and their ping. Previously, accounts were locked to the region chosen at creation, but this restriction has been removed.
Is Delta Force's anti-cheat safe?
Delta Force uses G.T.I. Security (Tencent's ACE — Anti-Cheat Expert), a kernel-level anti-cheat that runs with Ring 0 (deepest system access) privileges. At launch, it continued running after game uninstallation (later patched). It conflicts with Easy Anti-Cheat, preventing other games like Fortnite, Apex Legends, or PUBG from launching while ACE is active. A security vulnerability in an early version of ACE-BASE.sys allowed local privilege escalation, though this was addressed. Whether it is 'safe' is debated — it is effective at catching cheaters but invasive by design.
Does PingAim work with Delta Force?
Yes. PingAim uses WFP driver-based routing, which operates at the OS network layer without injecting code into the game process. Delta Force officially partners with LagoFast, a network routing optimizer that works at the same OS networking layer — confirming that network-level traffic optimization is explicitly allowed by the developer. DLL injection is blocked by ACE anti-cheat, but PingAim's WFP driver does not perform injection. Do not use PingAim for region-spoofing (VPN-style region changes) — only for routing optimization to your selected server.
Why does Delta Force have peeker's advantage?
Delta Force runs on Unreal Engine 4 with standard lag compensation. Community testing shows UE4's default rewind-based hit validation gives players with 120–180ms ping a structural advantage over lower-ping players when peeking corners — the high-latency player's game client shows them an 'earlier' snapshot of opponent positions, while the server still validates their shots. This is a known UE4 netcode characteristic, not a bug specific to Delta Force. Team Jade has not publicly announced custom netcode modifications to address this.

No manual config. PingAim identifies Delta Force by process name and routes it through your fastest connection using a kernel-level WFP driver.
